Refunds and Cancellation

At Resuming, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, users will have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of double charges, system errors, or if the service is not delivered as promised.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting info@resuming.in.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be provided for one-time purchases, resume templates, or AI-generated content once accessed.
  • Custom services such as personalized resume reviews are non-refundable.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Users are encouraged to contact Resuming Support before initiating chargebacks.
  • Chargebacks may lead to the suspension of the user account until the issue is resolved.
